ICEAP King’s campus has residence option for students to apply. The upper two floors of STA Hall are set as residence rooms, a laundry room, and public washrooms. Around 40 capacity for students who can make reservation with a valid student visa and a full payment in advance. Meal plan is available.
Rooms
There are 3 types of room for students to book.

Single Room
Single rooms have basic facilities as a bed, a table and a chair, a closet, and a sink in each room. Students share washrooms and bathrooms in each floor.

Double Room
Single rooms have basic facilities as a bed, a table and a chair, a closet, and a sink in each room. Students share washrooms and bathrooms in each floor.

Superior Room
Single rooms have basic facilities as a bed, a table and a chair, a closet, and a sink in each room. Students share washrooms and bathrooms in each floor.
Services
Housekeeping, campus security, meal plan, and other services on campus.

Housekeeping
The laundry room in the third floor, provides a washing machine and a dryer for free use.
The housekeeping service is provided and managed by King’s @Western University. We expect our students to keep personal and public areas clean and tidy, they are expected to treat the residences with the same respect as their home.

Campus Security
Campus security is double guaranteed both by Western University security cars and London city police. Campus security patrol to STA building 6 times every 24 hours. The security officers also check every entrance of the building at midnight every day.

Meal Plan
Students may purchase the Kingsway or Western U/ King’s meal plan from Monday to Friday. Students may also try some restaurants near the school or using delivery services to order some food during the weekends. We prepare some special menu for students during the festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Thanksgiving, etc.

*August 26 August 28, 2026 and January 4, 2027 are Orientation days to new registered student. It is mandatory and the accommodation fee is included in the package. December 17, 2026-January 4, 2027 is winter break. School doesn’t provide meal plan during winter break.
